Stamp duty in form 1

Hello Friends,

I am filling form1 and after clicking on 'Check Form' i am getting error that "Total amount of stamp duty paid for others not entered."
 

But we will require to fill 9 (b) ii. section only if we are not paying stamp duty online thru MCA21 portal right?

I have attached the file with screens.

Please help me as this is first time I am filling form1.
