Stamp duty for inc 21 in rajasthan (not karnataka)

Dear Ankit,

Take print out of first page of form 21 and get it franked with Rs. 20 and attach same to form 21 along with INC 10 and file it with ROC.

Yes,  alternatively you can purchase stamp paper of requisite amount and mention "Attached to and forming part of declaration  in form INC.21 for commencement of business", sign  it and attach scan copy with INC.21.

While entering CIN number of company in FORM INC 21...... I am getting an error message that this form is relevant for Companies having share capital.............

My company is having share capital.......... i even rechecked the certificate of incorporation.........

Pls guide and help...........
