Stamp duty at the time of registration of property
I am from Andhra PRADESH. Planning to register my flat. Is the stamp duty calculated on the total amount of installments i paid to the builder along with gst or should I exclude the gst amount that i paid each time of payment of installments

It must be excluding gst amount
Depending upon the agreement between you & builder . Generally builder includes GST. (Yes builder is required to pay GST on installment amount received.)
