Sir, I lives in a vizag please suggest me the way to get the refund amount of stamp duty and registration fee after cancellation of deal with the seller., I paid 400000 as a stamp duty and registration fee due to some Financial reason I couldn't make the money so I cancelled the deal with the house seller... How can I get my stamp and registration charges back...

To get a refund, you must first formally cancel your agreement via a registered Cancellation Deed. Once cancelled, submit an application along with the original documents and payment proofs to the local Sub-Registrar’s Office within the state-mandated timeframe. Note that while stamp duty is often refundable (minus a deduction), registration fees are frequently non-refundable.
