Shall avail input credit on telephone bills payments

Dear Sir,
As per Rule 4(7) of the CC Rules 2004, the credit in respect of input services shall be allowed on or after the day on which the Invoice, Bill are received and its in relation to use business purpose as well as bills should be in company name & address.
