Why is ST Charged by dominos when they are just selling by packing the food,
If the customer is having his food at dominos then i feel ST applicability is valid.
Plz clear the query asap ty.

if they don't want to charge then separate record required to be maintain n prove that this much amount parcel is just selling of food.

yes the amt collected must b wholly deposited with ST Dept but when v know it is not taxable don't v hv right to claim that back. or stop them from charging?

yes u cn stop from charging ST. sub to prove that u r nt liable to ST. in yr case already collected ST u should full deposit it to govt.
