You have one Button (Just Below the, First Row for Challan details) there as "Add Challan"

It will add one more row, like that you can add any number of challans, you can also delete any challan

It that button itself not working, Check your MS Office Suit, Software problem

Make sure that you enabled all Macros

You put the total value in that row (Two payment value)

in challan-service sheet you give the challan nos separately.

IN A SINGLE ROW WITH SPARCE OR COMMA  <> TOW CHALLAN NOS ARE NOT ACCEPTED, AND  THE REMARK "BSR CODE IS NOT VALID" IS SHOWN AND CON NOT PROCEED FURTHER.

THIS PROBLEM OCCOURS WHEN ANY ONE MAKES TWO PAYMENTS IN SINGLE QUARTER FOR PROPRITORSHIP OR PARTNERSHIP COMPANY.

Your payment done in Online ?

in challan no. column u must enter- 7 digit BSR code + date (DDMMYYYY)+ Challan no (5digit)

if u r paying online challan,  there u havin CIN no  u can enter "challan  service sheet"

in bottom of the challn sheet (challan service sheet) "Add challan" button is there.

u clik that button and enter second challan details.
