I have converted ca ipc old syllabus to new syllabus. I created userid in self service portal but my userid is not open.it shows userid is disabled contact your administrator. How to open my userid please anyone tell me.there is no response of my mail in icai institute

ok. icai is under digital migration process so these type of problems are facing to us. dnt waste too much in ssp portal its waste of time aply the exam form and start preparation. recently u faced problem in articles completion wasted time in preparation. dats y im telling you. automatically it is resolved my problem. so strat preparation. all is well. nothing to worry. contact icai e sahaayata they will respond u in a week. all b best.

ok. you are from which region south r north r west r central. you may contact them. im also old syllabus maam. till now i had completed my ipcc. articles completed recently. i have faced prb in ssp. which region tell me. I will give u contact details

Has the disabled User Id has been rectified? Or else contact now through ICAI e sahayataa phone number which is available in icai portal.They are now very quick to responding queries.
