Ssp portal not showing my articleship details

Hlo, i have firstly registered for articleship in ahmedabad on 12 feb 2014 to 25 aug 2014. Then got transfered to new delhi firm. And when i was registering for my ca final registration i have given all the details like form 112 termination latter, articleship completion latter and other details. Now i am applying for membership no so i can further apply for govt jobs. But on the ssp portal my details are not showing..the again tell me to fill form 112 which get scanned and signed by principal nd then u can further go. How it will be resolved. Please give me suggestion.
