my employer established a new RCF(rail coah factory) ancillary.
and the production starts in it from jan 2015.
the main raw material what he uses to manufacture ths products is Steel Sheets & iron Sheets.
and till the today this pvt. ltd co. is not registered under central excise act.
so my issues are for:-
whether co. can avail the ssi exemption ?...even if its main raw material is steel & iron(specially excluded from ssi exemption)
or these products fall under the category articles of iron & steel...and again ssi is available for this category or not.
And what other issues co. can face in this regard.
