Please let me know if cashew shell oil is included for SSI exemption, is that 130 items will automatically get SSI exemption or they should be seperatly notified as such pls clarify
its automated process, but if u r registered with excise and paying duty/ submitting return then u have to write a letter to R/O stating the notification effective and effect date, means u have to submit the SSI option letter once again to R/O with revised details as per budget notification for march 2011,
