Spouse Working and earning salary from Relative' Business

My wife is working In My brothers office (My brother is the Proriator of The Business)

Turnover of business is more than 1 CR and Salary paid to my Spouse By my brother is 35k per month 

So whether My wife salary will be Clubbed in my income or Not ? 

I dont have any Rights/Share/ in my brothers propriatorship business

Also Wether My brother will be able to shop the salary paid as expense or not (as Salary is paid to relative)?
