Spice form new director's pan validation error

Respected CCI Members,

My friend tried incorporate new company through SPICe Form.In it, He has given director's name as per Income Tax Database. That is first name and Surname.Actually,As per PAN Date base,Director's name appeared in Surname and his father's name is appeared in First name.Now When it comes to enter father's details of director he has given his father's name in surname and His grand father name in First name.when he validate details,It shows an error,screenshot of which is attached herewith.

Kindly Help me to validate PAN Successfully and submit the form successfully.
