I want to form a company as a special purpose vehicle, whether it is necessary for me to insert a clause of SPV in the MOA and AOA. Please guide me.

Dear Mr. Ankit,
You are not to have any Clause in the MOA or AOA stating the company as SPV. It is only in the MOU or Shareholders' Agreement that mention of forming a SPV is mentioned.
