We granted Special Power of Attorney to three persons relating to Sales Tax matter. Now we want to add the name of another two persons besides exsisting three. What should we do and why - a)revokation of earlier attorney and issue a new one specifying five persons or b) alteration of previous one by supplementary.

If it was in form of SPA you can provide to two other persons seperately. But if it is in form of resolution then it would be better to provide new resolution including the name of all five persons in supression of all the previous authorities delegated (This will avoid any kind of confusion in future).
