To show the source of income for the plot purchase, your uncle may consider the following options:

 1. *Capital Gains*: If your uncle has held the plot for more than 2 years, he can claim long-term capital gains. He'll need to provide documentation, such as the purchase deed, sale deed, and court judgment.

2. *Agricultural Income*: Since your uncle has agricultural land and has been growing paddy, he can claim agricultural income.

However, the amount should be reasonable and supported by records, such as crop yield, sales receipts, and bank statements.

 3. *Loans or Gifts*: If your uncle has taken loans or received gifts, he can show these as sources of income.

However, he'll need to provide documentation, such as loan agreements or gift deeds.

4. *Sale of Assets*: If your uncle has sold other assets, such as property or investments, he can show the proceeds as a source of income.

 5. *Family Settlement*: If the plot was received through a family settlement or inheritance, your uncle can claim this as a source of income.

To justify the source of income, your uncle should: - Maintain proper documentation, such as receipts, bank statements, and records of agricultural income. - Consult a chartered accountant or tax expert to ensure accurate reporting and compliance. - Be prepared to provide additional information or clarification to the income tax department, if required. Remember, it's essential to ensure accuracy and transparency when filing ITR and disclosing sources of income.

Your uncle had paid 80 lac before 10 years than dept will ask about source of that 80 lac and all other relevant doc abt court case are available
