My ITR return status is as below :

| 2012-13 | 23/08/2012 | STATUS UPLOADED |
I called up ITR toll free no. on 180042500025, & he advised me that since i have not returned ITR V with in 120 days, I can not send it now & he asked me to call on 18004252229.
You are requested to let me what should i do ? Please guide me.

Recently, CBDT has extended the date for sending the ITR-V for AY 12-13 and 13-14. Your date of filing is also falling in the range given therein.

So, send the ITR-V to CPC, Bengaluru by 31.03.2014 by speed post or ordinary post.
