and is it possible for 2 sole proprietor (members of same family) who run their individual business on same work place?
Yes, quite possible when the property is jointly held or ancestoral..
thank you so much Sir. But is it allowed in Ancestoral, when the property is registered in the name of Father, and 2 individual business is running, I.e. one in the name of son and other in the name of mother. is it legal?
Its not illegal, when owner of the property provides permission to both his 'kith & kins' ; and based on which 'Gumasta Dhara' licensees are obtained by both individually......... Even light meters are also available on the license...
