One of my friend just cleared the bcom pass 1st year (the rsults just came out few days back) from SOL, now does he need to get admission or fill up any admission form to get in 2nd year at SOL?

Prospatus will be sale on counter in Dec 2011.............
he will get a demand letter ...when he receives the demand letter he has to fill the letter and along with fee has to submit it in sol
