TURNOVER IS LESS THAN 10 LAKH FOR A FINANCIAL YEAR.

A small service provider is a service provider whose value of taxable services in the preseding year was less than threshold limit, presently at Rs. 10 lakhs.
Service provider is a person providing an output service to some person taxable under service tax law. Taxable service has been defined in the law for all the services taxable.
A small service provider is a service provider whose value of taxable services in the preseding year was less than threshold limit, presently at Rs. 10 lakhs. (w.e.f 1.5.2008)
