Company reimburses to one employee for the purchase of skype credits. Employee pays in Pounds to Skype. Does TDS u/s 195 apply to the company??? Does Service tax reverse charge mechanism apply ??? Kindly clarify.

no need to deduct tds on reimbursement to employee as employee pays to skpe for his personal use but company just reimburse the exp like other exp. so no quesion of tds u/s 195 by the company
