Sir, Please tell me for A proprietorship ship business what document has to be provided for Existing businessman in GST registration. option there to upload the document . Constitution of Business- Registration certificate is asking,what registration certificate have to be provided. 2,Letter of authorization is asking, in proprietorship owner is only authorized so from whom the letter will be taken. Please guide.

Documents required for Sole proprietorship/Individual

- Individual documents

PAN card and ID proof of the individual.
Copy of Cancelled cheque or bank statement.
Declaration to comply with the provisions.

- Registered Office documents

Copy of electricity bill/landline bill, water Bill
No objection certificate of the owner
Rent agreement (in case premises are rented)

There wont be a Registration certificate, per se, for a proprietorship concern.

The format of Letter of Authorisation for Proprietors:

I think there is only one slot for uploading all the documents via .pdf format. In that case, you may have to scan all the requisite documents into a single file (duly signed), and upload it into this slot.
