Sir, Please tell the reason of withdrawal shown in capital account, thought we have sufficient cash in hand ,infact cash in hand is more than withdrawl.

Reason for capital withdrawal can be many like more important purpose of capital need in another business, personal need, any lucrative investment proposal etc......
It is deducted from both cash & capital. Capital reduced duebto withdrawal hence same is shown in capital a/c.
