Sir, can a state govt employee involve in sub contract work.?
Sir,
i want to know whether govt employee can involve in business or sub contract work.i.e in income tax file alone with salary income sub contract work and business profession can be shown.He manage all other work except job through his manager.

No. He can show business income under any of his relatives file.

I am bit confuse whether you said yes or no ,whether govt employee can show business income in his IT file.
