Signing of return

A NR having income from salary in india and want to file ROI.

My question is who will sign. the return of income in case where NR is out of india and if ROI is Signed by his representative then there is no option in ITR 1 for mentioning the detail of him

assessee can file the return online with the digital sign

either u file ITR-2 and sifned by the constituent authority eho are in india or assessee himself digitally signed the ITR-1

NRI assessee can file ITR -2 and NRI asseessee has to assign Power of Authority to the person in India who can sign ROI as an authorised represenative and pay tax liability on his behalf.
