I am the owner of a proprietorship firm doing export. I am moving out of India soon permanently. But i want to keep the export running with help of my brother here. Please tell me what all documentation work should I do to make my brother do export on my behalf. Thanks.

ADVISE TO YOUR CA HE WILL HELP U
You can signed board resolution on your company letter head which should be mention name and designation of your brother and authorised him to sign onyour behalf for your company
