read the 4th step

take printout of the application form on A4 size paper with the following Paper & Margin Settings: 

Paper Size: A4

Top Margin: 0.49 cm or 0.19 inches

Bottom Margin: 0.49 cm or 0.19 inches

Left Margin: 0.99 cm or 0.39 inches

Right Margin: 0.99 cm or 0.39 inches

Step 4: Affix Photograph & Signature: Paste your Photograph (if not uploaded), Sign the form using Black/Blue Ink Pen (even if you have uploaded the image of your signature) and get the form attested by Principal/Member of the Institute/Parents, as mentioned in the form printed in Step 3 above

Sign on a blank paper and take its picture from your mobile. then put pic in the computer and upload it.

or Sign it on a blank paper and scan it. format should be jpg or jpeg.

Or you need not to upload photograph and signature. just affix it afterwords on the print out.

I  ALREADY UPLOADED MY PHOTO IN ONLINE EXAM FORM.NOW PROBLEM IS THIS IT IS COMPULSURY BY ICAI TO SIGN EVEN THE PHOTO OF SIGNATURE IS UPLOADED ..SIGNATURE COLUMN IS OCCUPIED BY MY SCAN PHOTO SIGNATURE IN PYSICAL FORM.PLEASE TELL ME ON WHICH PLACE OF PHYSICAL FORM I SIGN?
