Dear All
As we have to update annual filing of a company form 2006 to 2014 but company is having dormant status as present and directors (Authorised Signatory details are not appearing and error is showing that the company is defaulting in filing DIR-12/DIN-3.Please advise which form to be used for updation of director's record so that pending compliance can be done.
