Dear All

As we have to update annual filing of a company form 2006 to 2014 but company is having dormant status as present and directors (Authorised Signatory details are not appearing and error is showing that the company is defaulting in filing DIR-12/DIN-3.

Please advise which form to be used for updation of director's record so that pending compliance can be done.

Check the status of info related to directors pending... and update accordingly....if you can not trace the same, raise a ticket at the mca portal and see what their reply is.....

make physical application with concerned ROC to update one DIN through back end process and then file DIR 3C other directors and then you can file all pending forms as applicable.
