Such Board resolution is not required to be filed in ROC.
No, there isn't any such requirement.
But such resolution is required to be recorded in Minutes book u/s. 193 as these may be required anytime by Registrar of Companies or any shareholders can visit and check such minutes

Only certain special resolutions need to be filed with ROC in form 23.
