A citizen go to judiciary for justice. Many a times due to various reasons he doesnt get justice, due to delay or callous attitude of judicial officer or corruption etc. A citizens right to justice is not a largessee provided by the state- it is his constitutional and natural right. Failure to give justice by the state is failure of state.

I have examined the issue on this link- just see, you may like it.

YES,Judgement of 1993 MUMBAI blasts after 15 yrs,.................................................................for all subsequent Blasts and 26/11,JUDICAIRY to be held directly responsible.

Power and responsibility must go together. Power without responsibility is tyrannical.

Let us take one issue- delay. A court has power to proceed ex parte, it has power to fix dates of hearing, it has power to allow or disallow amendments, it has power to impose cost on the defaulting party- if despite such discretionary powers, courts cannot decide the issue quickly, efficiently and judiciously; courts must be held responsible.

Our buerucrate enjoy enormous power without responsibilities,Such as SEBI,SupremeCourt,HIgh Court,RBI.............................List is not exhustive, and for the same reasons common man R worst sufffer, and living hell/slum. Life.

Y not society toasked this powers bearer to create infrastructure, commensurate to the Growth in populations,Slum Clearance,& JOb creations for absolute illeterate Indian Populations?
