Should I cancel my gst number
my sale purchase turnover is below 40 Lakh limit ,can I cancel my gst number, if I got some rental income from other shop after cancellation of my number then what

You can file nil return, otherwise you cannot take cancellation
Service allowable is upto 10% turnover in states of previous financial year
You can cancel,after clear the pending returns !
Turnover limit for registration is 20 lac in case service provided by assessee is in excess of 10% of turnover in states..
Service provided means rent received throughout the year 3.7 lacks & turnover 37 lacks sale,purchase approx 32 lacks
you can cancel after filing nil return
