stcg I earned from shares 5lak then what are costs taken to find cg from below:. 1 brokerage. 2 stt. 3 transaction charges. 4 Igst. 5 sebi charges. 6 stamp duty charges 7 dp charges. 8 annual maintenance charges. 9 call and trade charges 10 payment bill charges. specify by numbers from 1 to 10 costs which one taken for calculate cost of aquagition

Dhirajlal ji, I think STT should not be added in order to determine cost of acquisition. I am referring to 4th or 5th proviso to section 48.

Though indirectly related to the transaction, but better to avoid.
