Short payment

my query is in f.y 2017-18 there is short payment in gst3B but gstr 1 is correct and then short payment is made in next financial year now how to adjust that liability in annual return..

Show the same as Outstanding liability on GSTR 9 return...


Note: GSTR 9 return for using details in Total monthly returns related dates only. We can't take any adjustments.
You can show the liability as per March GSTR 3B return...
