Our Assam Garden [ pub ltd co] raises ship to Bill to Invoice on own Sister concerns LLP in West Bengal but sold item will directly go to End buyer.
Is single Invoice OK with GST, ITC[IGST CGST SGST adjustment]

Yes, you can issue a single invoice with bill to ship to concept and GST will be paid based on the actual registered buyer.
