shares of deceased person remains untransfered
one of the shareholder of M/s.x p Ltd died few years back his shares in the company is not transferred to his heir. will it be as such? will it have any effect in IT or ROC filing?

It wil effects in ROC filing bcz when we r filing Form MGT 7 we mention n attach share holding details...
but there was a case tat such share can be administered by legal representative and shares of dead person remain untransmitted
