Please apply for both certified copies and rev-erification in ALTP, if you get that crucial 3 marks, then you qualify.

One can not be assured of increase in marks, but it is just a hope that by applying for re-verification it may get you that additional 3 marks.

I suggest you to apply for re-verification in all 3 papers and not just Labor Law. If you still want to know the markings given in any paper, you can apply for certified copy too.
