Guys,
While we file Form 7B for share transfer in case of a Private company wherein a single shareholder transfers his shares to more than one shareholder, is it sufficient if we file a single Form 7B or should we file a Form B for every individual transfer

You should file seperate forms as transferee's are different.
You have to file separate transfer forms alongwith separate share certificates for endorsement of transfer.
