My Client wants to Purchase a Private Limited Company which has 1 Cr as Land and Building . This land purchased in 2000.
But Today's valuation of this land is approximately 10 Cr.
Now How this Transfer of Share will take place?
Please suggest How to Do ?
Do we need to Revalue Shares?
