How is share trading loss to be treated incurred during the previos year 2007-08?
How to calculate the turnover?
Whether to distinguish between loss from future & Options (Like share futures & nifty) and normal cash trading while checking speculative & non speculative loss?
If that person is having another trading business with equivalent or hgher profit can the shares (both futures & cash) loss be adjuted from goods trading profit, if not then what can be adjusted and what not?
Pls. reply so that return can be filed in time for auditable case i.e. 30.9.09
