Sort share files by number of downloads and not by date so that the valueable files may not go somewhere beyond the first 10 pages of the share files.

Guide on following situations -
1) When an assessee is salaried & having HP and Interest income. For tax planning how to advise him on this. Details of income :-assume Salary is Rs.12 Lakh pa, HP Income - Rs.2.5 Lakh and Interest Income Rs.50,000 pa. Can we form HUF to save his income from tax bracket and how ?
2) If an assessee and his wife are professional and (combine income) are earing Rs.1Lakh pm can we form HUF to save their tax ? What is the procedure for that ?
