we have received money from directors to increase the share capital of the company.
but the process of increasing capital has not completed as on 31.3.19
shall we show the money under
Share Capital
a.authorized capital
b.issued capital
C.subscribed & paid up capital
D.share application money
please advise
in provisional balance sheet can we shw this money under share capital as share application money?
so is it wrong if i show it under Share holders funds as share application money? the money has brought by owner only. also it will not be called as owners's fund?
& also it will be included in net worth of the company?
the money brought by directors only to increase capital of the company.
the procedure of increasing capital has not done as on 31.3.19
so it can't be the net worth of the company?
