Shall we claim ITC on Repairs & insurance
Sir, goods vehicle is in the name of firm we paid insurance and Repairs & maintenance charge to registered person shall I claim that Gst amount in that levied invoice as ITC

Yes... You can claim that ITC for Repairs and maintenance charges....

ITC is not available on goods or service received by registered person for construction ( also add repair ,alteraton ,renovation,)of an imovable property other than plant and machinery even no ITC ALSO when it is use for business
