Sft005in 26AS shown as O and(-35987)

In Form 26AS  SFT 005 is shown as O  and inRemarks ( - 35987 ).   What does it  means.   I had prematurely  closed my SCSS deposits of  4 Lakhs  and  I had pension income of 5 Lakhs and as per swap facility in bank more than 5000 balance will be swapped to FDs.  In the ITR  what all the earlier savings and  FDs also to be declared in this Financial year  as SFT005 means more than 10 Lakhs is shown. Is my incomeshould be shown as 10 Lakhs?

where as my salary income is 5 lakhs and SCSS premature closure of 4 Lakhs. total 9 Lakhs only
