I have received mail regarding filing of SFT Response Sheet in entity registered as 'Trust'. Trust is not covered under any class of Reporting Persons as provided for in Section 285BA. Do I still need to file the Response online ?

At present, there is no penalty prescribed for non submission of response but you can select option no and can submit response.
