@ juhi yeah. I had no idea what that 'dirty price' means. Also in other question where they given a table of values and asked to find beta. Totally was clueless how to start.

When the Maximum Possible Dividend Payout Under Walter Model could be only 100%, making a dividend payout of 180% would make the question meaningless.. Its not walter Model.
