the question required appropriate payout ratio at the market price of 56.... I believe answering the optimum ratio and hence finding the appropriate price would be challenging the question itself

Dirty Price = Clean Price + Accrued Interest

So, = 99.42+ 100*0.1*262/360   

= 99.42+7.278 

= 106.698

Start Proceed = NP*DP/100*(1-Initial Expenses)

= 8*1.06698*.98

= 8.365

Repayment at Maturity= Start Proceed* (1+RR(NOD/360)

= 8.365*(1+(.0565*14/360)

=8.365*(1+0.002197)

= 8.365* 1.002197

= 8.384
