one of my client is interested to set up a Bpo in india for a company middle east. the centre will work dedicatedly for middle east. will the revenue earned in india for services renderex outside the country be subject to tax. in india

Dear firoz , yes the income will be taxed in India coz the place of your business is sitiated in India and if your client is resident than all income are taxed even if they they are earned outside India also.
