service under GST
Suppose I have given Plot to developer under joint development agreement wherein I got two Flats as my share instead of plot.The said flats are kept by me for my personal use. My question is how much service to be paid to builder and on which value? plz clearify the subject.

You have to pay the construction cost + builders profit margin as service cost
Nothing has to pay develoler as land owner You have already paid him in shape of land development rights .
