Is the Service tax threshold limit applicable for all services or every individual service? For example, Company A providing Interior Decoration Services more than 10 lakhs and paying service tax. If the same company is renting an immovable property charging Rent as Rs.12,500/- per month i.e., Rs.1,50,000/- per annum. Is the company liable to pay ST on rent also?
