Service tax return due date

In the case of returns which are to be filed electronically it can be done on the holidays aswell by the assesse.and Therefore the leverage extended based on General clauses act clause 10 cannot be applied and the returns were to be filed on 25th. However where the returns were to be filed physically the due dt shall be treated as 26th.
